Question 1

Do I pay before or after seeing the book?

Accepted Answer

After. You build the book, read the complete preview, and only pay when you want to download the PDF or order the printed hardcover.

Question 2

How long does printing and delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Hardcover books are printed within two working days and delivered across India in three to six days. Delivery is included in the price.

Question 3

Can I edit the story after it is generated?

Accepted Answer

You can regenerate any individual page, edit the text on any page, and change the dedication before you order. The printed book is only produced after you approve the preview.

Question 4

Do I get a printed book or a digital one?

Accepted Answer

Both are available. The digital plan gives you a print-ready PDF and an online flipbook; the hardcover plan is a matte-finish printed book delivered to your door (the PDF is part of the digital plan only).

Question 5

Can I add siblings, friends or pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload their photos in step two and they are written into the story as supporting characters with their own illustrated likeness.

Question 6

What if I do not like the result?

Accepted Answer

You only pay after seeing your preview. If the book is not right, regenerate it or ask for a full refund within seven days of delivery.
